[Deskaheh-sysadmin] network down again

I did get through to the deskaheh splash page about 10 minutes ago 22:30 
est friday, almost no outgoing traffic on deskaheh, no graph rendered 
for dissent, perhaps the problem lies there? The issue began at about 
14:00 est friday
