Believe it or not its not traffic levels this time. 
I am hoping that this gets out as we are experiencing 50-75% packet loss here. 
WE've ruled out hardware and now have an open trouble ticket with our 
provider. 
At least this is a new problem :-/ 
I will keep everyone posted on this. 
Currently the packet loss is sufficient that I cannot even connect to IRC.
