[Deskaheh-sysadmin] Need help with Hamilton site, unable to create info doc

Hi:

I admin the Hamilton site.

I just tried to create a new info doc, title is: Read "The Hammer" Here

No problems creating it, and it appears in the editorial interface as it 
should, but it does not appear on the home page in the info doc section. 
This is bad.

Thinking it might be a cache issue I logged on to the admin interface to 
do maintainance to flush the cache, when I go there I get these messages 
at the top of the screen:

Could not write to directory at /home/www/dadaIMC/hamilton. Incorrect 
file ownership or permissions. Please be sure that the user Apache runs 
as has write permission to all of the dadaIMC directories.

Please help & provide insight...
