[Deskaheh-sysadmin] Deskaheh is not letting me in via FTP

Thanks for the reply. The problem with the bigmuddy login seems to be 
resolved, either on its own or through techie intervention. I can log in 
to the server without any difficulties. But now, I'm faced with another 
problem: figuring out why dada's PHP is no longer working properly.

The PHP parsing was very irregular during the peak of deskaheh's 
slow/down time. I didn't find this terribly surprising. Now though, the 
site seems to be loading fairly quickly and smoothly during non-peak 
hours -- and yet, it's still not processing PHP properly. It's doing so 
much better than in the past, but still nowhere near the way that it's 
supposed to.

Any idea what the problem may be? A quick glance at the PHP files 
doesn't reveal any obvious difficulties with the files themselves. I'll 
keep looking around a bit more, but so far, I'm at a loss to explain it, 
much less fix it. Is it related to the ongoing performance issues? If 
so, then why is Hamilton's site not suffering a similar fate? [I popped 
over to theirs for comparison's sake.]
