Since austin doesn't have a features.1-0.rdf file, and atlanta, boston,
etc., do, looks like some, dada sites?, need to create the file.

For austin, they probably have the same cron problem the others had, and
whoever can fix that should.

These have been coming kinda frequently, I am not sure who is the one
