[IMC-Dissent-admin] more lousy leechers

Dissent has had quite a lot of traffic over the last day or so. I just
tracked it down, I think, to leechers on the Atlanta site - a number of
audio files with names starting 'Arthika' have been very popular of
late. 10 seconds of googling suggests this is more Hindi stuff. I've
renamed the files. 

Since the logs aren't showing referers, I take it that the Atlanta
vhost.conf isn't using rewrite rules to prevent non-imc sites from
direct linking to media. That would be a good idea. There was talk on
imc-tech a little back if you want some example syntax.
