[IMC-Dissent-admin] more lousy leechers

Here's what Boston has been running in its vhosts config file. The
intent is that media are only served when referred to from the boston
site. There were a few improvement suggestions on imc-tech, but this is
at least a start:

RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !^http://boston\.indymedia\.org [NC]
RewriteRule (wmv|avi|mov|asf|mpg|mpeg|mp3)$ - [NC,F]
# Never serve these...
RewriteRule (rar|zip)$ - [NC,F]
