[IMC-Dissent-admin] sf-active upgrade

Hey,

The sites on dissent using sf-active are upgraded to version 0.9.2

some notes:
* if people complaing about not able to login to admin, tell them to use a
 safe password (6 chars, at least 1 number, letter & capital).

* qc & worcester are totally done.

* maritimes is still being regenerated. (i'll do that tomorrow).

* gallery code will maybe be installed tomorrow.

can someone tell me why maritimes.indy still points to
maritimes.buff.:8080 ?
