Killing us in terms of bw costs as well as clogging the pipe?

There aren't any new warez uploads in any of the dada sites on deskaheh,
and I haven't noticed a jump in bw usage in the dada sites. It looks as
if de.indy is doing most of the damage when looking at traffic last
month:

nz: 6.3gb
bigmuddy: 3.8gb
hamilton: 3.6gb
germany: 63gb
india: 6.6gb

Germany is only serving static html files, not anything heavy we can
offload to a multimedia server. I just talked to Alex on irc, they are
down to 2 mirrors [the other one is stray, which has been down a lot in
the last 2-3 weeks]. They are looking for more mirrors, but aren't
having much luck. Un/fortunately de.indy seems to be getting more
popular by the month. [.de people, please correct anything I've got
wrong]

Is there any way to direct the majority of the requests to Stray? I'm
guessing that they'll have a much bigger pipe than at buffalo.

seeya,
finn
