[IMC-Dissent-admin] tech status update, Big problem fixed, 3 new problems

ok, so with some help from alster, pietro, and jim  on the tech irc
channel, i was able to edit our virtual host's apache2 config file and
solve the "no media downloading" problem. YAY!


(very scary to shutdown and restart the server that controls so many imcs,
knowing that if i made a mistake  in my config file syntax the server
might not come back up...)

 I basically removed one letter from line 57 (I think).  then tested the
config using the apache control thingy, then did a "graceful" reboot of
apache.

 Wether or not atlanta is now vulnerable to bandwidth leeching as a result
of my change needs to be determined.


2  new issues:
-according to alster, there may be aproblem with the synatx of our alias
lines of that config file -we should look into this.

-deleted otherpress article doesn't hide (that "jewish radio mafia" crap
article) if this can be replicated we should query spud at DADA

-the LH column isn't displaying properly under internet explorer on
carol's computer. Again, if this can be replicated we should query spud at
DADA.
