[IMC-Dissent-admin] Help! Atlanta's site is down and atlanta techs are clueless

Hey dissent sysadmins...  atlanta.indymedia.org is down with a error
message reading:
"database connection error DB: dadaatlantaimc and SQL: --> "

 Does anyone know what this is, what it means, and  generally, what is
going on? Is it a problem with mySQL? What needs to be done to fix it?

Can anyone take a look and assess the situation?
