[IMC-Dissent-admin] dissent down urgent help needed

Dissent Admins,
 
I'm a tech at austin imc, and we're trying to run an important and timely feature that has been approved for global.  However, dissent appears to be totally down (no ssh, no mysql, no ping).  If someone could *please* restart the server (or do what needs to be done to fix this), it would be greatly appreciated.  I'd also like to know if there's a more direct way to interface with the dissent techs (perhaps a beeper or phone number and the #dissent on irc, doesn't seem to be used much).  It would be great if there's a protocol for emergencies (as in this case).  Thanks guys.
