most are dada sites.
we might wanna disable them. (or keep 4 eyes on them or so atm).

I might move the sf-active sites to stray (if sf people agree with it) for
some reasons:
a) stray is sf-active only. makes admin work easier.
b) buffalo hasn't enough bandwidth for the current amount of sites, so it
could help
c) moving sf-active sites makes the amount of codebases installed smaller,
so it should make admin. the box easier.
