[IMC-Dissent-admin] austin imc website down

Hi,

I am helping with imc tech stuff here at imc in Austin TX. Our website 
has been fluctuating between up and down since yesterday giving a 
"database sql unavailable" message. The dissent.buffaloimc.org server 
(which hosts us) seems to be ok, I can ssh to it and the URL routes to 
the main imc page...I'm not sure what is going on with our site. the 
tech chat said you could help?
