[Dns] Mirrors for Bolivia and Ecuador

hi there dns and mir admin folks,

following chris' mail there are two new mirrors installed on 
cartman.sakeos.net - so if you could update the dns record for bolivia.indy
and ecuador.indy then that'd be cool.

ideally, add a CNAME to both of them to ecuador-imc.sakeos.net and 
bolivia-imc.sakeos.net; but otherwise an A record to 72.21.47.14 is
fine.

the contact address for these mirrors is admins at sakeos.net.
