This is on a new encrypted virtual host provided by Ecological and Dissident 
Hosting
http://www.ecodissident.net/

The web server has been set up not to log ip addresses.

The domain scotland.indymedia.org was used for many years by Indymedia 
Scotland until the hosting it was on when down.
It is still linked to in many places, and so would be good to restore 
especially as Indymedia Scotland is part of global Indymedia network.
