This is what I'm sending to Oumar Mariko. I'm just looking for a
translation:

Dear Oumar Mariko

I was referred to you by Francois l'Ecuyer and he said that you are
involved with a radio station in Mali.

I am writing from Indymedia South Africa (http://sa.indymedia.org), a
volunteer based radical media collective. We, along with other
volunteers from Africa and Europe, are hoping to come to the World
Social Forum in Bamako, Mali in January 2006 in order to set up an
Independent Media Centre to cover events there. In order to do that we
will need to secure internet access (maybe from an Internet cafe'?),
accommodation, and local transport (i.e. within Bamako, from the
airport, etc.). Could you assist by suggestion how much these items
might cost? As a volunteer organisation, we are of course looking for
the cheapest options.

Hopefully we will be able to be in Bamako in January and then maybe we
can meet and collaborate on media. ;)
