[Imc-africa] temporary hack for new-imc form

hi imc-africa,

i saw on irc that sphinx was asking about the new-imc form on the twiki
which doesn't function right now.

Probably you can do a "hack":

(1) copy/paste questions and answers into
a plain text file and just email to new-imc.

(2) To get the login and password to the contact database
( http://contact.indymedia.org ), email  imc-commwork at ...
