im ange, from imc-brasil

unfortunelly docs.indymedia is in a read format only
so i created a wiki at radiolivre.org to put togheter everything that is
being discussed here

i think that there are no latinoamericans to go there to the meeting... it
 is very sad. im trying to articulate it but maybe we dont have financial
support to the trip.

the portal www.radiolivre.org - where is the wiki - exists to make
possible the formation of a web ob freeradios. so lets organize to make
retransmitions everywere!
