[Imc-africa] a momentary imc-finance snag

Hi imc-africa,

So far a half dozen or more collectives have 
written to imc-finance supporting imc-africa's 
funding request, which is great.  We have one obstacle to overcome.

A few months ago imc-finance promised some money 
to imc-brasil which never made it due to a 
various reasons, some having to do with 
imc-finance slowness, other with the confusion of 
an international wire transfer.  This has been a 
problem for the collective/s in Brazil that 
needed the money.  They are reqeusting that 
imc-finance get them the money promised to them 
before granting any more funds.  Once that 
happens (which I really really hope will happen 
immediately -- I'm trying to figure out how to 
help make it happen right now) our funding 
request will be cleared for approval.

Jusqu'ici demi de douzaine collectives ou plus 
ont écrit imc-financent la demande de placement 
de l'imc-Afriq de support, qui est grande. Nous 
avons un obstacle de surmonter.

Imc-financez il y a quelques mois a promis une 
certaine somme d'argent à l'imc-brasil ce qui n'a 
jamais rendu lui dues à l'de diverses raisons, 
certaines qui doivent faire avec imc-financent la 
lenteur, autre avec la confusion d'un transfert 
international de fil. C'a été un problème pour le 
collective/s au Brésil qui a eu besoin de 
l'argent. Ils reqeusting cela imc-financent 
obtiennent leur l'argent promis à eux avant 
d'accorder plus de fonds. Une fois que cela se 
produit (qui j'espère vraiment vraiment me 
produirai immédiatement -- j'essaye de figurer 
hors de la façon aider à le faire se produire en 
ce moment) notre demande de placement sera s'est dégagé pour approbation.
