I'm still a bit confused, but I think we're generally talking about 
the same thing.  Basically, assuming we get this darned money for the 
radio equipment, Andy will arrive in Nairobi on the 7th, shop for 
components until the 13th or so by which time most of the delegates 
will be there, everyone will build the station together for a week (a 
truly inspirational experience!) then it will be on the air in time 
for the World Social Forum.  As far as I'm concerned the most 
exciting part is that everyone will build the station together, 
rather than just waltzing in and seeing a station already on the air, 
so making time for everyone to work together should be a main focus.
