hi all, i found this on another email list i am on.  it might be a good thing to
start reading before we all meet in january.  there is a link in this email to
download the book in pdf format.  it is about 4 megabytes.

(i am not endorsing the document, as i haven't read it yet, but sometimes amarc
puts out good materials!)
