[Imc-africa] delegates information missing

Hi guys,
there is three delegates who haven't got back to me at all regarding 
passport numbers, date of birth and other informations I need to buy 
tickets for them...the three are delegate Jennifer Ehidiamen from 
Nigeria and the two cameroonian (ambazonian) delegates.
What shall we do?
We have a waiting list of other African delegates who want to 
participate and need support in travel funds. Shall we take them in 
instead?
