congratulations sphinx and all for your work with this grant!  i could 
use a refresher -- 

-- what specific things will be funded through the xminusy grant,
-- to whom, or to which organization, will the money be disbursed,
-- and when will it be disbursed?

i am back tonight from my big organizing trip and looking forward to 
catching up on this organizing and to seeing many of you soon in kenya!
