Hello everybody, hi John
there seems to be a tendency on the list/chat of people to opt for the 
old guesthouse, even if we can only have it at a higer price. Could you 
let us know whether this is still an option in principle?
It seems noone really wants to settle for the smaler locations. I 
believe myself, that five bedrooms would be too small.
what other large options do we have?
