1. WSF 2007: online registration of individuals and delegates is available
The online registration of individuals and delegations for WSF 2007 is already available on the event website at: http://wsf2007.org/individual.
Note: If you has already done your individual or organizational registration (see below) through email, we recommend to you to do it again through the link above, in order to speed the process and get your payment codes right away.
Individual participant registration:
a) Access the link: http://wsf2007.org/individual;
b) Click in the button "proceed to the registration form".
c) Fill the form (the fields marked with red squares are compulsory). Pay attention on the item: How will you participate at the WSF2007?, because as individual participant you must choose the option "as an individual".
d) Click in "save".
If you are a freelance journalist or is going to represent some media, check the item: Will you need press accreditation? In order to complete press accreditation, follow the instructions available in the link: http://www.forumsocialmundial.org.br/dinamic.php?pagina=midiafsm2007_eng .
The payment code appears in the following screen. Keep it to make the payment.
Organization delegate registration (included on the limit of five delegates):
Note: if your organization is sending more than five (5) delegates, each additional delegate needs to make the individual participant registration and payment. Please, read this information in the next item "Additional registration of a delegate from an organization (from the sixth delegate ahead)".
a) Access the link : http://wsf2007.org/individual;
b) Click in the button: "proceed to the registration form"
c) Fill the form (the fields marked with red squares are compulsory). Pay attention for the following questions:
- How will you participate at the WSF2007? You must choose "as participant from an organization"
- If you're coming as a participant of an organization, please indicate the organization's name
- Will you be attending the WSF as part of your organizational delegation? Answer yes which means that you are one of the five delegates enclosed in your organization registration.
d) After filling all the fields, click in "save"
A message of confirmation of the registration and a payment code will appear.
Attention: In the case of the five first delegates registered by an organization, it is not necessary to insert these individual codes at the moment of the payment of the registrations, only the organization code is required.
Additional delegate registration of an organization (from the sixth delegate ahead)
When the number of delegates sent by an organization exceeds five people, each delegate must register itself and pay like an individual participant. Look how to proceed:
a) Access the link: http://wsf2007.org/individual;
b) Click in the button: "proceed to the registration form".
c) Fill the form (the fields marked with red squares are compulsory). Pay attention for the following questions:
- How will you participate at the WSF2007? You must choose: as participant from an organisation
- If you're coming as a participant of an organization, please indicate the organization's name. Fill in the name of your organization with the same way it is registered in the WSF process site or by email.
- Will you be attending the WSF as part of your organizational delegation? Anwer no. You will be an additional delegate, and you are not part of the 5 delegates enrolled already included on the organization payment code.
d) After filling out all the fields, click in "save". A message of confirmation of the registration and a payment code will appear. Write down this code to use it for the payment.
Online registration of organization:
If you have done your organization registration by email, we suggest to you to do it again using the online website in order to immediately receive your payment code. Follow steps below to perform the organization online registration:
a) First, you must register like an individual participant in the link: www.wsfprocess.net (in this site, click on the menu at the left side of the screen in "new user").
b) Using your login name and password (that will be sent to the email you have put during your registration as user) login into the site.
c) Click in "register organization", in the right menu.
d) Click in "here".
e) Fill in the form (the fields marked with red squares are compulsory). Click in "save".
f) Confirm the registration of your organization for the WSF 2007 in Nairobi, Kenya: when the process of organization registration is concluded, a dialogue picture shows the following information: "Click here to register this organization for participation in the Nairobi 2007 World Social Forum". You MUST click on the message to notify that your organization will participate of the event WSF 2007. If your organization intends to have a stall in the WSF event, fill in the size required and click in "save". If you don´t want to book stalls, only click in "save".
A confirmation message will be shown together with the payment code of its organization, which gives the right to the registration of up to five delegates without additional costs. Keep this code in a safe place; it will be used in the payment of the registrations.
2. WSF 2007: payment of registration fees is already available
It is already possible to pay the registration fees for individuals, delegations, organizations and activities.
Note: you have to have all your payment codes before proceeding to the payments
Where can I find the payment codes?
Individual payment code
The individual and delegates payment code can be get automatically as soon as the online registration is concluded through the link: http://wsf2007.org/individual.
If you have already done your registration by email and has not yet received your payment code, we suggest to you to redone it online, on the link above.
Organization payment code
a) Login at the site www.wsfprocess.net;
b) On the left menu, click in the name of the organization whose payment code is required;
c) In the same screen, it will be shown the number of stall requested by the organization and the payment code.
If the number of stall is not correct, click in edit registration and make the necessary changes. Always click in "save" after any modification.
If you have already done your organization registration by email, we suggest to you to redone it online in order to get right away your payment codes.
Activity payment code
a) Login at the site www.wsfprocess.net;
b) On the left menu, click in the name of the organization or group proposing the activity you wish to pay;
c) Click on the title of the activity;
d) On this same screen, it will be shown the activity payment code (it starts with "ACT")
Note: payment of registered activities is not yet available. It depends on the confirmation of the size room required for the activity, which will be decided by the WSF 2007 local committee. Please, visit regularly our website to follow the news.
Payments
There are two possibilities of payment: online, with Mastercard / Visa credit card, or through bank wire transfer.
Online payment (Mastercard / Visa credit card):
The online payment is available on the WSF 2007 event website: www.wsf2007.org, on the menu at the right side of the screen, item "pay" or directly through the link: http://wsf2007.org/payment-form.
Note: organization registration fee allows sending up to five (5) delegates without any additional cost. In this way, you don't need to put the payment codes of the first five individual delegates, only include the payment code of the additional delegates.
Fill in the email and, in the field below it put all the payment codes (individuals, organization and activities), one after the other, in separate lines. Then, click in "submit".
On the following screen, it will be shown each amount associated to the payment codes, total amount to be paid and payment status. If everything is correct, please, click on the link Proceed with online payment. If you wish to modify something on the organization registration, go back to the site www.wsfprocess.net, login, select the name of the organization, click in "edit registration" and make the necessary changes. After, click in "save".
The next step is fill in the form with your Mastercard or Visa credit card data and click in "proceed".
Payment through bank wire transfer:
In order to verify the total amount to be paid, access the link
http://wsf2007.org/payment-form.

Fill in the email and put all the payment codes (individuals, organization and activities) in the field indicated, one after the other, in separate lines. Then, click in "submit".
On the following screen, it will be shown each amount associated to the payment codes, total amount to be paid and payment status. If everything is correct, please, write down the total amount and make a wire transfer on the following account:

Important: After doing the wire transfer, send an email to payment at wsf2007.org or send a fax to +254-20-2713262/+254-20-3872671, informing the wire transfer code and your registration payment codes.
If you wish to modify something on the organization registration, go back to the site www.wsfprocess.net, login, select the name of the organization, click in "edit registration" and make the necessary changes. After all, click in "save".
