Hi Fabian and All,
I trust you are fine and all is well as you prepare to come over. About the old guesthouse, as I mentioned in my previous email, it is now booked for the period of the WSF and the owner is now charging per person and not rental of the entire place. So if we are to use this guesthouse, then we would need to vacate before WSF begins.Other good guesthouses are now charging per person per day and this translates to rather astronomical figures for 40 people. Over the long weekend, we found several places but they are just not big enough. So the search is still on. But is the group in agreement with renting a big furnished house and if it is not available, then renting two furnished houses? I think that an average of about 3 people per room is fine, so two five bedroom houses can be fine....What do you all think about this? Send me your cell phone number Fabian so that we can SMS regularly. Other colleagues can also do the same in case we need to call you for whatever reason.
 My cell is +254-720-792390.

  Cheers,
  John

  Hello everybody, hi John
there seems to be a tendency on the list/chat of people to opt for the
old guesthouse, even if we can only have it at a higer price. Could you
let us know whether this is still an option in principle?
It seems noone really wants to settle for the smaler locations. I
believe myself, that five bedrooms would be too small.
what other large options do we have?
thanks for your effords
best for now
Fabian
