Hi Sebastian, the imc-africa list doesn't have much traffic so we'd have 
to welcome some energy from Bamako. This is on the understanding that 
the Bamako collective requires to use the list for the short-term only 
and that posts concerning Bamako are indicated in the subject line. The 
list's priority for the year must be the WSF next year, and drawing from 
the Bamako IMC experience is logical.
