Hi Ange and everyone,

I'm looking at the imc-finance pages on the docs.indymedia.org
server. Unless I'm missing something I can't find any strict
template for proposals. There are a number of examples of proposals
that passed, such as:
http://archives.lists.indymedia.org/imc-finance/2003-October/001942.html

I think we need to put a summary, a description and details of how
our project will work.

I'll answer this more fully in another e-mail, but I'm afraid that if
we ask for too much money from imc-finance we'll have a really hard
time getting it because there will have to be a really substantial
amount of discussion. If we ask for less than $5000, my sense is
that we may be able to get it without too much trouble. That's just
my instinct though.
