[Imc-africa] request to be member of IMC

Hi all! Some how we missed this mail and never got back to Soodhakur 
nor did we
including him in the list of delegates.
I iwhs to propose that we put his name on a stand by. If we can raise enough
funds for transportation for all those presently on our waiting list and have
some more funds we could get him on board.
The otyher thing is, since Umverteilen insist their funds be only for 
the Africa
delegates we could put him on an African delegates waiting list.

What do you guys think??
