Fabbi! Since I know how difficult it is sometimes for African activists to get
visa type information because of lack of internet access, cost of traveling to
the embassies usually located in the Capital cities. I made the visa research
by phone call to the Kenyan embassy to New York. One can simply conclude that
almost all our delegates can get a visa at the airport in Kenya or at a Kenyan
embassy in their country without problem.
The exception is Cameroon, Mali and Nigeria. Citizens of the following 
countries
need a special clearance letter from the Department of Immigration 
Headquarters
in Nairobi. .To get this letter those invovled with the project in Kenya need
to write a letter to requesting this Clearance from: Visa Section, Department
of Immigration Headquarters in Nairobi 7th Floor NyayoHouse?, Nairobi-Kenya.
With this letter they can get a visa at any Kenyan Embassy or at the
port(airport) of Entry.

According to the consular officer in NY, with this letter the delegates from
these three countries can get a visa at the airport in Nairobi.
To get the visas in Nairobi airport, all delegates will need :
.Visa Fee is $50.00 for Single Entry (Tourist/Business)
.Two passport size pictures (full face showing both ears). Computer generated
pictures are unacceptable.
.And ofcourse a valid passport.

All the other delegates can get their visas too in Nairobi at the 
airport (South
Africa and Uganda) do not need visas.

Yep! The clareance letter for Cameroon and Mali delegates.
