[Imc-africa] NCDXF - Rigs and antennas

the idea was to build an antenna!  we will need to find copper pipe or aluminum
rod, and some miscellaneous hardware, and we should be fine.

there are several kinds of antennas we can make, but it will either be the
standard dipole, or a 5/8 groundplane.  a dipole is simplest, it looks like a "T",
and can be oriented vertically or horizontally.  the 5/8 groundplane has a
vertical element with some shorter elements coming off of the bottom.  a picture
of a dipole is attached!
