[Imc-africa] traveling to Nairobi( little update on preparation)

thanks zoe. my guess is that it is probably a good idea for one person
to call the foundation (we are talking about NCDXF here, right?) and to
explain what we're trying to do, to ask about the best way to send in
this application -- whether en masse or
one-at-a-time-for-each-organizer -- as well as to find out if they are
interested in funding projects like this (not ham radio, but definitely
in line with infrastructure building).
i'd be willing to make this call, though i couldn't make it until
wednesday. prometheus has some experience working with ham radio
operators who also build and advocate for local FM community radio
stations, in the US and around the world.
ange and zoe, let me know what you want us to do.
