[Imc-africa] NCDXF - Delegates names

Hi Ange,

"Call Sign" are the letters that represent a radio here in the US, like 
WBAI, WNYC or WIBA. These call signs are associated with a frequency, where 
you find the station on the dial. Does that make sense?

I'm a non-African delegate. What information do you need? The project that 
I'm involved with here is working with immigrants on producing Internet 
radio programs, podcasts.
