Hello IMC-Mali, IMC-Ambazonia -Cameroon and IMC-Nigerian Delegates.
Please email your names as in your passports, your present address, your
occupation and date of birth to John (jonbwak at yahoo.com) and Judith
(migudaattyang at yahoo.com).

They need to go request for a clearance letter (kind of invitation) for you to
use in securing visas at Kenyan embassies or at the airport in Nairobi.

Hi John and Judith! According to my discussion with the Kenyan consulate in New
York, while all our other delegates can either get kenyan visas from Kenyan
embassies in their countries or from the airport in Nairobi, our delegates from
the following three countries will need a so-call "Clearance letter" to get a
visa.

You(JOHN AND JUDITH) will need to address a request letter to the :
 Visa Section,
 Department of Immigration Headquarters
Nairobi 7th Floor NyayoHouse,
 Nairobi-Kenya.
In the letter you need to state the names of the delegate, present residential
address, occupation, date of birth and country of origin. The letter should
further explain the purpose of the trip to Kenya. Then you should conclude the
letter by asking the visa section to grant a clearance letter for these
delegates. You will need to write a separate letter for each of the delegate.

You will then take the letter to the; Visa Section, Department of Immigration
Headquarters in Nairobi 7th Floor NyayoHouse?, Nairobi-Kenya.where you will be
issues the clearance letter.
Thanks for understanding in case of any questions do not hesitate to ask.
Sphinx
