That's a very good question.  We haven't talked about it.  I don't 
think we'll get more than a few hundred dollars from local IMCs, 
though we should talk about what we're going to do with the money we do get.

I would suggest keeping anything we receive on hand, seeing which 
grants we don't get and applying it toward an area of pressing need, 
though there may be other ideas.  Again, I don't think we'll get that 
much, so we shouldn't count on it to pay for anything essential.

(If we have a really essential unmet cost I can e-mail everyone again 
and be more specific with our request, which may yield better results.)

Another good question.  I don't know if imc-africa has received any 
money for this project yet other than the grant and this $20, though 
I may be wrong.  Anyone?
