[Imc-africa] MoU

Hi Judith (and for those of you who don't know judith, she is an 
organizer and professor from Masenu University),

Thank you very much for sending by the MOU, we would be happy to take a 
look at it and send you and Felix responses.

This Memorandum of Understanding is a document that Judith, John 
Bwakali, and others working in Kenya are putting together to help cement 
the relationship of the station to Maseno University and community media 
activists and enthusiasts in Kisumu and across Kenya, for all who are 
interested.
