Thanks for this Jay. I've read through the transcripts. A couple of
clarifications:
Firstly, there are people in Jo'burg affiliated with IMC South Africa
who have experience running a low power radio station. This is from the
project that Erez Gudes and others helped with. It would be good to get
some of them to Nairobi if a low power project is planned (licensed or
unlicensed). Unfortunately, as far as I know, they're all men. Nicolas
(nicolas at red.org.za) knows more.
Secondly, is the 'company' Sphinx was talking about that Fabian approach
Stiftung Umverteilen? We need to get a funding proposal in to them ASAP.
