Just people willing to spend some time on e-mail and going through IMC web
sites and mailing lists to find active individuals in different IMCs who
may be willing to hold a fundraiser for the IMC. Preferably the actual
e-mail trying to inspire the fundraising should come from someone who is
African or is in Africa, though the rest of us could help with developing
the contact list and coordinating to make sure any money that's raised
makes it to the right place.
