I'll definitely let everyone know when/if I hear from imc-finance.  Also, 
our friends at the Prometheus Radio Project suggested we look into applying 
for a small grant from the IREX foundation.  Does anyone on this list know 
them or know about them?  Take a look at their site: 
http://www.irex.org/programs/afsg/index.asp. On first glance, I think it 
looks promising.  They don't seem to have any ongoing project in sub-Sahran 
Africa, but maybe they'd be willing to give this a chance.

If there is support on this list, I'll be happy to coordinate an 
application for their grant, maybe trying for $5000 or $6000?
