Hello all! this is how the scale of the funds we need may look like. For those
who need this info to get down with writing applications for funds, roll on.

I'm thinking as Jay said, that we are going to approach the fundraising with
little pieces from here and there.

2-TWO Computers to run automation and audio editing as well as other computers
for use in the indymedia Center=???


3-Space rental/bandwidth/other logistics for the IMC itself= 2000 USD


4-TRANSPORTATION FOR DELEGATES AND VOLUNTEERS:
I check through a few websites last night and this is how flight tickets cost
look like.

-Three delegates from forming IMC Mail= 1540)3=4620 USD

-Uganda (Bukulu Haruna)-(3 delegates) = (360)3=10,80 USD

-C.T. Butler(m) co-founder of FoodNotBombs? is coming to do train the
trainer workshops on non-violent social change and consensus
organizing. = 1499 USD
- Stephanie(f) in Berlin is collecting equipment around Europe for the
Convergence IMC = 1000 USD
-Glenda(f)- doing mobilization for the event in Switzerland= 1200USD

-Sphinx-(m) IMC-Ambazonia-USA= To run workshops on softwares used by the
indymedia network, the nots and bolds of indymedia from new imc process to
indymedia to IMC-Satellite = 1600USD

-Ange(m)-IMC-Brazil surely do workshops on audio streaming and radio = 
3000 USD
- Farhana Khan(m)-Bangladesh to share organizing skills = 2015 USD

TOTAL OF ALL THE ABOVE TICKETS= 22,414 USD

-Chris Antioch College-(USA) connecting with Maseno University and other
grassroots organizations in Kenya. = (it is not yet clear if she will come to
Kenya?).

-Jay (m)?IMC-Philly one of the main organizers of the Convergence WSF-IMC= Not
yet clear if and when he will come to the event.

- -Fabian-IMC-Sheffield for a while now we?ve not heard from Fabian and thus
do not know exactly about his plans.

-Dunk-(?)IMC-Ireland- Will be coordinating activity from online.

5- I wish to think that we?ll cook our own food which in itself will be
another opportunity for more socializing. But if we were to make calculation
that each person will at least need a 5dollar meal a day following the info
from John?s mail on the guesthouse, and we were to assume that all are there
on January 7th, to be involved with the pre-13th January workshops and 
that all
returned flights are for 27 January, two days after the end of the forum, get.
We get the cost of food at: 5(20days)(26 delegates)=2600 USD
