 From the list "diasporic" delegates will be just two:
Valentine(m) from Ambazonia now in Minneapolis-USA and Glenda from 
South Africa
now in Zurich Switzerland.

I did not check the price of a ticket for you and Janmaat becuase I think you
could may be get a cheaper ticket from london.

I added Janmaat's workshops on the wiki.
I also made all the recent addtions on the list of delegates to include :
Janmaat, Liala, Bih, the other 3 delegates from Uganda and Rafael diniz 
from IMC
Brazil. You'll have to check the London tickets and then do the final math.

You may want to check-up with umverteilen to make sure we are not 
giving them a
bill that is way off the limits they are ready to take.

There has been no concerns yet with the equipment cost draft I proposed for
XminusY. By tomorrow if there are no objections I should send it off.

I've not head from UCIMC yet.
