  Asante kwa habari .I dont have any hesitation about that(to send many more participants)
  .The issue is ,most of the media people here work on part time  at different Radio stations.They are paid per day.
  Once they dont work there is no payments.Some will find it hard to fore go their daily incomes fior this meeting.If there is hope for any little allowance,please feel free to alert me .
  I shall do the recruitment.

With Uganda very close to Kenya I think things could be alot cheaper if you in
Uganda organize a bus or decide to make the trip by road. In that way 
you could
bring more than 6 persons.
I know John(IMC-Kenya) use to go forth and back to Uganda.

In between you'll do us good if you send the names of the already agreed 6
delegates to the list.
