Cool. Now that the application has already been sent in, what will 
happen is you
'll book the ticket and send the new figure plus the info of your agency to
Fabian to send to Umverteilung as an amendment.
Sometimes (at least during Dakar), umverteilung does not give raw cash. What
they do is they ask you to book the tickets and bring them the agency contact
for them to pay to the agency and the agency delivers the tickets to you.

They only can give cash to a physical sponsor with registration and stuff like
that, which I doubt if Fabian is ready to go that route.
Bottom-line; Fabian is our contact for this application to umverteilung and is
the person to address this issue to.
The 1200 USD was the best offer I could get from www.onetime.com

We need all the equipment we can get. Projectors, printer, minidisc, 
blank  cds,
digital Cameras, Computer, typewriter, monitors... and even the whole cost of
the transmitters etc. I only sent the application for equipment yesterday to
Xminus Y. They will have to consider it in the back drop of the time and the
funds available to them to decide if they?ll pay for the equipment.
