Hi Jay

We're still waiting for answers from other comrades in South Africa, but
our proposal at last week's Cape Town collective meeting was that IMC
Kenya should ask for the money and we could support the proposal on IMC
Finance - that is if IMC Kenya has the capacity for that. We're in
favour of the proposal, but just a bit concerned at the relative silence
for the Kenyan end - after all, comrades there will be managing the
project. Since we're not hearing anything on email, maybe some
phonecalls are in order?
