hello everyone.
maybe the projects of radio - to organize workshops for building
transmiters and to make free radios - have great possibilities to keep
going after the forum. especially because the analogic media has great
possibilites for expandig in terms of local participation. i have some
doubts about the legislation of radio transmission in Kenya. Here in
Brazil we dont have autorization to make radio and the repression is hard
- but we dont care so much about it. Our rizoma is like a protection for
everyone, in bad cases we have support of friends and activists - and
those radios projects can be integrated in it.
im not going to the convergence, but i think it is important to keep
contact and organize a rizomatic retransmitions of the IMC-Radio_Kenya. To
take a look to the project of rizoma de radios livres look at:

abraços!!
