Hello to all !

Since the end of the forum, we are a few that spends our time with our
friends of the people’s parliament at Jivangee Garden and Around Nairobi.

This morning, we were planning to visit Kibera slums with some of them,
when we were told that one of our friend was arrested during the night by
the police. He is one of the leaders of People’s Parliament, his name
Francis Wanbugu Mwai.

He participated in the action against the restaurant of the minister of
internal security of Kenya inside the Kasarani Stadium.

He was arrested after that we went to the Nairobi University and met some
Students organizations

Wanbugu is well known from the university administration because he
studied there 4 years and graduated. He was also a leader in many
struggles for the rights of students during these years.

He is now jailed at Kileleshwa Police Station.
Wangui Tforsa Mbatia, lawyer, and one other leader of the People’s
Parliament, is now there and try to know more, but can’t communicate with
him neither with us.

This is just an information message and we try to know more before to do
something else. We will keep you informed.
