I do salute the Kenya-IMC and the rest of the INDY MEDIANODES.  Indeed IMC-Kenya  is still in a get set position.I look forward to seeing the promised new efforts, and changes by Oloo to get to the stage of "Go" Keep the flame burning.

Let us however remember that it is KENYANS who have the most to contribute to the success or failure of the site and therefore, perhaps, it may be useful to remember that we are not yet dead and buried....

kenya.indymedia.org currently lives on ahimsa, a server which will not
be doing Indymedia work for much longer. Experience during the WSF
suggests that Internet access from Kenya is very hard, and it is
unlikely that IMC Kenya has the ability to maintain this site on a
regular basis. Already the newswire is attracting spam.

Could this site be frozen (i.e. no posting to newswire) and migrated to
another server, such as stray.indymedia.org?
