[Imc-africa] Update on the arrival of Ugandan-delegation.

Dear colleagues,
Pity I will not be coming with the Ugandan delegation since we are beginning 
intensive teaching on 8th January to make up for time lost since Makerere 
university has been closes since early November. I know i will miss the 
conference!
