[Imc-africa] Fwd: Visa clearence letter delegates Mali/Nigeria

I am now in contact with the travel agent, John
I think we will manage to postpone the flights, but the problem remains 
with the WSF office. And of course the costs.
We are looking at 700 Euros just for changing the planetimes for the 
three. As Kenya Airways is the "official partner" of the WSF (sounds 
like a worldcup thing, doesn't it), the WSF might want to have a word 
with them about refunding us.
